I joined the DKRP program (Daily karma Removal Program) in August. I have been really wanting to retire from my job and relocate from California to Arizona. I needed to sell my house for a good price in order to make the change. I was afraid that I would have trouble selling my house in this economy.

In Sept., during the week of Navaratri, I put my house on the market. At first I thought that I should put away my pictures of Baba and Goddess Lakshmi because people looking at my house might thinking the pictures were odd but I had a sense that I should leave the pictures. Five days after I put the house on the market a man came to see it. He asked about the pictures and told me that he attended Yogananda’s church. He told me he loved the house and the peace and quiet he felt there. He gave me an offer the next day which was very close to the price I was asking.

The sale closed in 30 days on Oct.30 and I am now retired and living in Tucson, Az. a beautiful place that I have always loved. I know that being in the DKRP program helped create these wonderful changes in my life very quickly. I am very grateful to Baba for his Grace and for organizing this program.
