Our Guru has gifted us in so many ways, one is Being in his presence.Being in the presence of the Guru, hearing his chants, seeing his eyes, his physical form turn into light and hearing his voice within, it is so much that one can not even put it all into words. To be at the Guru’s Feet is a gift, a miracle for all that have the blessings and good fortune to do so. I saw Dattatreya Siva Baba in 2005. At that time he said that he would stop teaching as he was affecting only 1% of the students and could do more in Silence.

Many students, including me, were praying, wishing and hoping he would please be in our presence once more. Every day, I would show the light to his picture: “Please Datta, when we see you, all of our fears fly away; we are transformed. Could you please have compassion with our silly thinking that it is just not the same looking at your picture as being with you in person. Can’t you come to New York, where so many of us are devoted to you. Father, please.” The miracle happened: He answered our prayers and an event with Dattatreya Siva Baba was announced.

So I wrote: Thank you Datta, I am honored to be with One so Holy one who is everything, such a great opportunity to be with an Enlightened Master. Guru Dattatreya Siva Baba I bow to your compassion, your teachings, and your silence, your love for us all.Thank you for coming to New York City.

With all my Heart and Soul I wanted to attend an India trip. I wrote my name and birthstar. At the event, Datta told a story about a woman who wanted to go to India. She did not have means to get a ticket and another women had a ticket but could not go: So the first women got to go to India as the second women gifted her the airplane ticket.

I felt like he was talking to me, and that some how some way I would be going. When I did the AAhh Meditation, I would focus on India and being with Datta and every time I would see an airplane, I would say; “I’m in India.”

In January, 2007, I received the great new. One week before the trip event, I was sponsored by an Earth Angel gifting me the trip to India for Datta’s Birthday Trip. I have been forever (Altered) transformed from this trip, being with the Guru, the temples, the rituals, the vortexes, everything. How do I even begin to put in words what took place on this spiritual journey with the Guru. My beloved Mother said it best: I am happier and am now doing my prayers and meditations of Our Beloved Guru’s Teachings living in service as best I can. I am eternally grateful.
